Notting Hill Genesis teams will continue to use policies and procedures owned by the previous (legacy) organisations until new versions have been developed.

For customers this means that:

  • Customer who are currently Genesis customers will continue to receive services in accordance with existing Genesis policies and procedures and customers who are currently Notting Hill customers will continue to receive services in accordance with existing Notting Hill policies and procedures
  • Any new customers joining Notting Hill Genesis will receive a service delivered according to policies and procedures owned by the previous landlord of their property or service provider of their service.
