Masterchef finalist returns with new menu
Following the success of Masterchef finalist Steven Kielty’s supper club at Royal Albert Wharf in June, he will return next week with a brand new bargain menu.
Steven, who impressed judges on the 2017 edition of the hit BBC show, will be back at Lockside Kitchen, a waterside restaurant, on Saturday 3 August.

For just £35 per person, you will be greeted with Prosecco, cocktails and canapes at 6pm, followed by:
- Focaccia and olive oil
- Sea bass – cured wild sea bass, compressed beetroot, orange, sour cream
- Courgette flower – courgette flower stuffed with ricotta, lemon and pine nuts with tomato and basil salsa
- Pork – confit pork, apricot glaze, fermented apricot and fennel salad, pork skin crisp, crushed jersey royals, olive oil

- Pineapple and passion fruit – roasted pineapple, caramel sauce, pineapple crisp, passion fruit semifreddo.
Vegetarian options are available on request.

Steven said: “There’s great food and great views, so what’s not to like? I use locally sources and seasonal ingredients and like to be inventive, offering slight twists on classic dishes. This will be something different that you can’t currently get in south-east London – fine dining at affordable prices."
